Important Information:

• To confirm your participation in the exhibit, please complete the Artist Information Form and pay the hanging fee in full before the provided deadline.
• The Gallery by We Are Sacramento is responsible for hanging art. Artists are responsible for ensuring their artwork is prepared and ready to hang before delivery.
• While there are no size restrictions, larger pieces are highly encouraged. 

 

Artwork:

• Artists are expected to exhibit a minimum of 3 pieces of art.
• All canvases and framed art must be fully prepared for hanging by wire before delivery. Artwork that is incomplete or lacks proper hanging hardware will not be accepted.
• Artwork must be delivered on the date provided by The Gallery by We Are Sacramento. If you are unavailable, please inform the curator promptly so accommodations can be made.​​

 

Installations:

• Installations must be securely assembled, stable, and capable of withstanding the entire duration of the exhibit without posing any risk to guests or the gallery. 
• Artists must ensure their installation fits within the designated space and adheres to the provided specifications.
• If your installation requires special lighting or electrical setup, please clearly communicate these requirements in advance.​

Prints Acceptance:

• Prints are welcome exclusively during the Opening Reception, and artists will retain 100% of the profits from all print sales.
• If you plan to bring prints, please inform the exhibit curator in advance to ensure proper arrangements are made.​

Viewing Hours:

• The exhibition will be available for viewing on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at no cost to the public.
• Please note that The Gallery by We Are Sacramento operates as an art gallery and a private event venue, therefore, viewing hours are subject to change without notice.

Fees & Sells:

• Hanging Fee: $80 | Non-refundable | Required by deadline provided.
Cash, Venmo, & CashApp ($/@) wearesacramento
• Artists will obtain 100% of profits from original works and prints. Payments will be sent directly from the consumer to the artist.​​

Artist Images Guidelines:

•  Face must be clearly visible.

•  Image should not include other people.

• Images must be clear, must not contain a filter, and must not be blurry or pixelated.

• If an image does not meet the image guidelines, it will be rejected and artists will be requested to submit a new image.

• Artists who do not submit a new image by the deadline, grant The Gallery permission to use a photo of their choice.
