EXHIBIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is imperative that artists review The Gallery's Exhibit terms below before submitting their artist information and exhibit payment.

Important Artist Information:

• To secure your participation in the exhibit, artists must complete the artist information form and pay the hanging fee in full before the provided deadline.

• The Gallery is responsible for hanging all art, excluding installations. Artists are responsible for preparing art for hanging before delivery.

• The exhibit will include an Opening Reception on the designated date provided by The Gallery.

 

 

Artwork Submissions:

• Artists may showcase three pieces of art. There are no size requirements, although, large works are preferred.

• It is crucial that all canvases are prepared for wire hanging before delivering art to The Gallery. Incomplete or unwired art will not be accepted.

It is imperative that art is dropped off on the date given. If you are unable to meet the deadline, please notify the curator as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.

Installations:

• Installations must be securely assembled and stable. They should withstand the exhibit's duration and pose no risk to guests or The Gallery.

• Artists should be mindful of the space allocated for their installation and ensure it aligns with the applicable specifications.

• Specify any special lighting or electrical requirements for the installation, if applicable.

Prints Acceptance:

• Prints are welcomed during the Opening Reception. Artists will receive 100% of the profits from sold prints.

• Please notify the art curator of your interest in bringing prints for further accommodation.

Viewing Hours:

• Exhibits at The Gallery will be active for approximately 4 weeks and accessible to the public during The Gallery’s business hours. Saturday & Sunday from 1:00-5:00 pm. Viewing hours are subject to change.

Fees & Sells:

Hanging Fee: $70 | Non-refundable | Required by deadline provided.

Cash, Venmo, & CashApp($/@) wearesacramento

• Artists will obtain 100% of profits from art and prints. Payments will be sent directly from the consumer to the artist.

Artist Images Guidelines:

•  Face must be clearly visible.

•  Image should not include other people.

• Images must be clear, must not contain a filter, and must not be blurry or pixelated.

If an image does not meet the image guidelines, it will be rejected and artists will be requested to submit a new image.

• Artists who do not submit a new image by the deadline, grant The Gallery permission to use a photo of their choice.
